Product Manager for Integrations

Job Summary

Driving the execution of integration capabilities, the full-time Product Manager for Integrations will manage the product lifecycle for new integrations on the Data Platform, collaborating with various teams to enhance existing integrations and develop new ones in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for new integration capabilities from concept to general availability and customer adoption
• Develop deep customer empathy by managing feedback on existing integrations and prioritizing feature requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the positioning and operationalization of strategic integrations during onboarding

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform products or integrations within a SaaS environment
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ship products successfully
• Ability to engage with technical concepts such as APIs and data models while translating them into customer value propositions
• Outcomes-oriented mindset focused on adoption, business impact, and retention
• Bonus: Experience in martech, e-commerce, CRM, or related ecosystems
