Product Manager for Internal Operations

Job Summary

To support Alpaca's growth, the full-time remote Product Manager for Internal Operations will manage the product roadmap for internal workflows, focusing on transforming operational bottlenecks into scalable automated solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for internal workflows, driving root cause analysis and addressing complex operational problems
• Design and implement automation strategies to enable existing operations teams to support significant growth
• Define success metrics and SLAs, mapping processes and iterating on high-leverage tooling based on operational feedback

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management or technical operations roles within FinTech, Brokerage, or Payments platforms
• Strong functional knowledge of brokerage or financial operations, including settlements and regulatory compliance
• Experience with broker-dealer platforms or trading infrastructure, particularly in post-trade operational workflows
• Demonstrated passion for workflow automation and AI trends applied to brokerage operations
• Proficient in data analysis, understanding complex system boundaries, and process mapping
