Product Manager for Membership Experiences

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Agentic Partner Membership Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to apply emerging technologies for Membership experiences in consumer LLM platforms
• Define product features, user stories, and roadmaps while balancing stakeholder needs
• Monitor metrics related to adoption, usage, and performance of MCP servers and Membership experiences

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical product development/management or software engineering in AI
• Deep understanding of AI concepts and relevant technologies for third-party integrations
• Strong customer empathy and familiarity with customer research methods
• Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders quickly
• Curious and entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategy and detail orientation
