Job Summary
Owning the vision and strategy for Messaging, Sites, and Media products, the full-time Product Manager for Messaging will work remotely to define product roadmaps, translate strategies into actionable tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication tools for local churches.
Key responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap based on customer needs and business goals
- Translate product strategies into well-scoped Jira Epics with clear metrics and problem statements
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS or software technology environment
- Proven track record managing the software product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Experience using data analytics tools and quantitative KPIs for product performance measurement
- Technical proficiency with Jira and Figma for product development and project tracking
- Experience writing technical documentation, product requirements, and user stories
