Product Manager for Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user engagement strategy for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager for Native Experience will define the product roadmap, enhance onboarding processes, and drive user retention while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences (FTUX) and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and minimize time-to-value
• Engage with enterprise customers to validate product decisions and gather insights to improve user engagement metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including familiarity with iOS HIG and Material Design
• Experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and conducting A/B tests for performance analysis
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with distributed teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
