Product Manager for Nonprofits

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team efforts through the entire product lifecycle, including opportunity analysis, discovery, and release planning
• Create product backlog and requirement documents to guide engineering in developing platform features
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive product success across business, development, and operations areas

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in relevant roles within a company or nonprofit organization, with a preference for Product Management experience
• Experience with Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools is preferred
• Strong ability to drive results across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
• Adept at understanding new technologies, systems, and tools
• Exhibits ongoing learning agility in functional domains and product management skills
