Product Manager for Operations

Job Summary

Owning the internal platforms and operational tools, the full-time remote Product Manager for Operations will drive the roadmap and execution for applications that support Tivity's fitness and wellbeing programs, focusing on improving operational workflows and data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the platform vision by shaping the roadmap for internal operations tools to meet business needs
• Own operational workflows by driving strategy and execution for applications supporting member file loads and call center operations
• Prioritize and execute platform improvements through collaboration with engineering, data, and operations teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with internal tools or operations-focused products
• Experience in improving operational workflows and scaling backend systems
• Proven track record of collaborating with engineering and operations teams to deliver reliable systems
• Strong ability to use data for informed product decisions
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred; experience may substitute for education
