Product Manager for Postgres

Job Summary

Owning the full Postgres surface, the full-time remote Product Manager for Postgres will manage the adoption of Multigres, prioritize product features across engineering teams, and ensure alignment on the roadmap while engaging with developers to identify and address their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with developers to identify blockers and inform prioritization and scoping
• Lead the production adoption of Multigres, defining success metrics and migration paths
• Define problem requirements and success metrics for new capabilities while managing competing priorities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools or as a technical founder
• Experience shipping products where database behavior directly impacts user experience
• Ability to prioritize speed and iterative development over extensive planning
• Hands-on experience with the products on the roadmap, including testing and prototyping
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
