Product Manager for Regulatory Solutions

Job Summary

To support regulatory solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager for Regulatory Solutions will manage product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the voice of the customer while focusing on ESG reporting and compliance mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Drive successful product delivery within an agile development team and run customer focus groups to gather feedback
• Define and maintain the product roadmap for regulatory solutions, ensuring alignment with compliance mandates and customer needs
• Collaborate with Product Managers to create and prioritize a product backlog, balancing conflicting priorities and managing release planning processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of proven success in product ownership or management roles
• 5+ years of experience with agile software development practices and tools
• Knowledge of XBRL and its application in regulatory financial filings
• Domain experience in financial regulatory compliance frameworks such as Solvency II or ESG reporting
