Product Manager for Roblox Network

Job Summary

Driving the product roadmap for the Roblox Network, the full-time remote Product Manager for Roblox Network will manage tools and apps aimed at converting visitors into subscribers while coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance user engagement and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Roblox Network's tools, website conversion surfaces, and the BloxInformer app from audience targeting to launch and iteration
• Design, ship, and A/B-test user experiences to convert one-time visitors into subscribers and drive owned-user growth
• Identify valuable tools and features for subscription revenue, testing premium tiers and building the free-to-paid funnel

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of product management experience in consumer web and/or mobile products, preferably in media or gaming
• Proven track record in growth and conversion work, with metrics demonstrating improvements
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable using analytics tools to define events and assess user metrics
• Excellent execution capabilities, including writing clear PRDs and managing cross-functional teams effectively
• Genuine interest in Roblox, gaming, and community engagement, with a willingness to learn player behaviors
