Product Manager for Swim Team Store

Job Summary

To elevate the Swim Team Store experience, the full-time remote Product Manager for Swim Team Store will own the product roadmap, engage with customers to understand their needs, and drive cross-functional execution to enhance the platform for youth sports teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Swim Team Store roadmap, prioritizing features for team setup, ordering, customization, and fulfillment
• Engage directly with swim coaches, team admins, parents, and athletes to uncover their needs and pain points
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly using tools like Lovable and Figma, iterating based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in ecommerce, SaaS, or B2B platforms
• Background in ecommerce operations, community-driven products, or team sports retail, with firsthand experience in youth sports
• Strong working knowledge of prototyping tools such as Lovable and Figma
• Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of driving innovation in fast-paced environments
