Product Manager for TruckMate

Job Summary

Driving innovation in logistics, the full-time remote Product Manager for TruckMate will own the product strategy and roadmap, leveraging AI to enhance customer insights and lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching a core Transportation Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead TruckMate's product vision, strategy, and roadmap while establishing clear OKRs and success metrics
• Champion AI-driven methodologies to research customer problems and build prototypes for validation
• Orchestrate product launch planning and commercial strategies in collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing products within Transportation, Logistics, Fleet, TMS/ERP, or enterprise B2B SaaS environments
• Strong practical experience utilizing AI tools for product discovery and workflow analysis
• Demonstrated success in developing pricing and packaging strategies tied to business growth
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams
