Product Manager - Formulary
Job Summary
To support formulary modernization and clinical automation initiatives, the remote Product Manager - Formulary will manage product backlogs, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a 6-month contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Build, prioritize, edit, and maintain product backlogs aligned to modernization objectives
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps supporting formulary and clinical automation initiatives
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, epics, and technical requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related experience
- Healthcare, PBM, Pharmacy, Clinical, Formulary, or Utilization Management experience
- Experience building and managing product roadmaps
- Strong Agile experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Jira, Airtable, Aha
