Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Formulary Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for business leads and stakeholders
• Develop a deep understanding of assigned products to facilitate collaboration and enhancements
• Assess business needs for process improvements and provide recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmacy benefit management
• Experience in guiding and educating associates in lower-level roles
• Experience supporting mid-sized to large clients with moderate to high complexity
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools and relevant reporting tools
