Job Summary

Driving the strategy and development of advanced analytics solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager - Fraud Prevention will manage the product lifecycle for fraud, waste, and abuse initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare payment integrity outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features and justifications
  • Collaborate with analytics and AI/ML teams to enhance product capabilities and develop integrated fraud detection solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to translate market needs into actionable product requirements and support go-to-market activities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare FWA
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client needs and translate them into operational requirements
  • Experience with AI and/or Machine Learning initiatives is preferred
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
