Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the existing fraud and dispute product portfolio
- Define product requirements, features, and user stories for fraud initiatives
- Lead product planning and roadmap development for current and future fraud solutions
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of issuer-side card processing and fraud prevention
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies
- Proven ability to define product requirements and workflows
- Experience working closely with software development teams throughout the product lifecycle
