Product Manager, Fulfillment

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Fulfillment & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, including prescription workflows and pharmacy integrations
• Ensure end-to-end medication delivery reliability by defining metrics and collaborating across teams
• Identify opportunities to automate manual fulfillment workflows and measure the success of launched features

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with backend systems and operational teams
• Strong technical fluency and experience with API documentation and integration specifications
• Experience in shipping fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics products
• Proven ability to manage operational reliability metrics end-to-end
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions
