Product Manager, Growth

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Growth & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product process for growth, including specs, user stories, and experiment tracking
• Run experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis to results analysis
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership, tracking key metrics like activation and retention

Required Qualifications

• Four to six years of experience in product management, growth, or a closely related role
• Strong SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and cohort analysis
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse and dashboard creation
• Ability to write detailed specs for engineering and data summaries for leadership
• Experience in running experiments and understanding the learning process
