Product Manager - Growth

Job Summary

Driving caregiver program growth, the full-time remote Product Manager - Growth will own the end-to-end caregiver enrollment experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and scale empathetic and supportive onboarding processes while leveraging AI and data-driven personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for caregiver acquisition, enrollment, and ongoing engagement
• Design and deliver end-to-end caregiver experiences that prioritize empathy and usability
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance outreach campaigns and enrollment workflows

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with user-facing digital products
• Experience managing products across enrollment funnels and onboarding experiences
• Strong analytical skills and product judgment with a user-centered mindset
• Experience in healthcare or caregiving is a strong plus
