Product Manager, Growth

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance marketplace, the full-time remote Product Manager, Growth will manage the sign-up and purchase funnel, conduct product walkthroughs, and drive bug resolution while collaborating closely with the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points
• Own user feedback monitoring and synthesize insights from app reviews and support tickets
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance features

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations
• Proven ability to independently manage ambiguous projects and deliver clear outcomes
• Experience with funnel analysis and A/B test interpretation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
