Product Manager, Growth

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic growth team, the full-time Product Manager, Growth will manage the entire sign-up and purchase funnel for car insurance, focusing on user journey improvements and feature launches in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points
• Own user feedback monitoring and synthesize insights from app reviews and support tickets
• Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations
• Proven track record of independently owning ambiguous work and delivering clear outputs
• Experience with funnel analysis, A/B test interpretation, or structured data work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
