Product Manager - Growth

Job Summary

Owning product growth across the WorkOS platform, the full-time remote Product Manager - Growth will develop strategies for developer engagement, define success metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own Product Growth across the WorkOS platform
• Develop strategies for developer discovery, adoption, and expansion
• Define metrics for acquisition, activation, monetization, expansion, and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on business outcomes
• Experience leading growth, onboarding, or retention for developer platforms or B2B SaaS products
• Familiarity with product-led growth and API or usage-based pricing models
• Strong analytical skills for designing and evaluating experiments
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across various teams
