Job Summary

Driving execution across a large and complex portfolio, the full-time Product Manager, Health & Benefits will manage product initiatives from discovery through delivery, focusing on modernizing existing products and improving customer experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution across Health & Benefits products, ensuring delivery against key development priorities
• Own and manage product initiatives end-to-end, focusing on measurable outcomes and modernizing existing products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and deliver high-impact solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Health & Benefits, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise platforms
• Experience working in Agile environments with Engineering, Architecture, and Product Design teams
• Strong technical fluency with API-driven architectures (e.g., REST, GraphQL)
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with competing priorities
