Product Manager, Health & Benefits
Job Summary
Driving the unification of Health & Benefits systems, the full-time Product Manager, Unified Platform will architect the transition from siloed legacy tools to a cohesive API-first platform, collaborating across teams to enhance user experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy to unify Benefits Administration, Consumer Directed Health, and Cobra Direct Bill into a single ecosystem
- Establish data-driven foundations by identifying metrics and designing instrumentation for insights
- Direct multiple scrum teams in balancing new builds with legacy migrations while ensuring feature quality
Required qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Health and Benefits
- Strong understanding of API and Micro-Frontend (MFE) architecture
- Proven ability to translate high-level goals into actionable engineering roadmaps
- Experience with data modeling and creating single-source-of-truth architectures
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving consensus
