Product Manager, Healthcare Benefits

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager for COB, Pharma CoPay Programs, and Client Organization Model Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of healthcare benefit solutions, including COB and Pharma Copay programs
• Oversee the administration of complex client hierarchies and drive the evolution of the Member Portal for enhanced user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and manage the product backlog for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a PBM or healthcare organization with knowledge of COB, Medicaid, and/or Medicare programs
• 4+ years of experience working within agile product teams or related environments
• Experience with benefit administration platforms and enterprise SaaS configuration tools preferred
• Familiarity with member-facing web or mobile portal experiences and UX considerations
• Proficient in using JIRA or similar tools for roadmap planning and backlog management
