Product Manager - Healthcare Technology

Job Summary

To drive the continued evolution of the Enterprise Health occupational health platform, the remote Product Manager - Healthcare Technology will lead product discovery, strategy, and execution, focusing on core capabilities such as medical surveillance and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and strategy to understand customer workflows and identify high-value opportunities for improvement
• Own assigned product capabilities from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
• Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to drive successful product launches and measure customer value realization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience in SaaS or healthcare technology product management
• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology
• Strong product discovery and problem-framing abilities with a focus on complex customer workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies with practical applications in customer workflows
