Product Manager, HealthTech

Job Summary

Excited to build innovative solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager, HealthTech will own the product lifecycle, develop deep customer expertise, and collaborate closely with engineering and design to create impactful software in the elective medicine sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop genuine, deep expertise in customer needs and industry challenges to inform product direction
• Translate customer insights into a prioritized product roadmap and execute it effectively
• Collaborate with engineering to build working software, generating user stories and engineering-ready tickets from research

Required qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in software product management, preferably in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech
• Deep domain expertise in a relevant industry with a strong understanding of user workflows
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex workflows into product and technical requirements
• Genuine technical fluency and hands-on experience with AI development tools
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and analytics to guide product decisions
