Job Summary
Owning the homeowner journey, the full-time Product Manager, Homeowner Experience will manage product execution, lead conversion experimentation, and drive customer insights for consumer-facing platforms in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead bi-weekly sprint planning and manage product specifications, backlog, and sprint-level decisions
- Run experimentation on the acquisition funnel, diagnosing drop-off and prioritizing fixes for conversion impact
- Conduct discovery with homeowners and stakeholders to inform the product roadmap and represent user perspectives in trade-off discussions
Required qualifications:
- 4 - 6 years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate engineering sprints, ensuring clear visibility of deliverables
- Experience in running measurable product tests and analyzing funnel data
- Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams
- Track record in a startup or growth-stage company, demonstrating adaptability to fast-paced environments
