Product Manager I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager I - Claims Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs through interviews, surveys, and behavior analysis to develop solutions
• Maintain the product backlog and collaborate with design and engineering teams on features and epics
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity and adoption of product features

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS/Web product management
• Demonstrated experience in the P&C insurance/insurtech industry
• Experience in defining product roadmaps and driving execution activities
• Data-driven approach to scope and priority management
• Working knowledge of project management software such as Jira or Trello
