Product Manager, IA Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - IA Enablement to lead product initiatives in automation and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IA Enablement portfolio
• Manage the internal automation platform as a product with measurable user outcomes
• Define and prioritize reusable AI-enabled products to enhance delivery across pillars

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in a professional business environment, or 2 years as a Product Manager, or a Master's degree
• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably across multiple products or platforms
• Proven ability to shape product strategy and deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience with automation and AI concepts, including RPA and LLMs
• Familiarity with internal platforms, developer experience products, or enablement offerings
