Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support tactical assignments and assist in strategic initiatives to meet project milestones
• Collaborate with product leadership to shape product vision and strategy while adopting iterative processes
• Mentor junior team members and track key performance indicators with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional workflows
• Ability to participate actively in strategy development and agile ceremonies
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and communicate effectively with leadership
• Exhibit a strategic mindset and contribute to product management processes
