Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager II, Policyholder Platform & Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own multiple initiatives within the policyholder experience end-to-end
• Transform partially-defined initiatives into clear product direction and execution plans
• Communicate clearly and consistently to align teams across product, engineering, and adjacent domains

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager role
• Experience in developing, launching, and supporting software products
• Ability to operate across backend systems and customer-facing experiences
• Strong technical understanding of systems, APIs, and architecture
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex problem spaces
