Job Summary

Product Manager II, a full-time position focused on streamlining workflows for non-emergency and emergency phone calls, responsible for managing product strategy, backlog, and feature prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction while ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Translate product strategy into actionable plans and maintain development roadmaps
• Collect and prioritize feature requests while evaluating product performance and market trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• 5-7 years of experience in a Product Management role
• Proven experience overseeing elements of the product development lifecycle
