Job Summary

Driving execution and optimization for critical growth vectors, the full-time remote Product Manager II will manage feature enhancements, analyze user behavior, and lead cross-functional teams through the delivery lifecycle for digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive feature optimization by analyzing user behavior and recommending high-impact enhancements
• Define key success metrics for new features and synthesize post-launch performance data into actionable insights
• Lead cross-functional execution by partnering with engineering, design, and localization teams to bring initiatives to life

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management within a fast-growing SaaS environment or digital marketplace
• Proven ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify product solutions
• Strong track record of breaking down product initiatives into structured, executable release plans
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Technical literacy to engage in engineering discussions and understand project impacts
