Job Summary

Leading the strategy and vision for complex healthcare products, the full-time salaried Product Manager II will oversee product roadmaps, manage feature prioritization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain an 18-month product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder communication
• Evaluate and manage new product ideas, maintaining the Ideas Intake process and prioritizing features
• Plan product releases and collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies, including the creation of educational materials for users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in related roles, with 5+ years in healthcare or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in assessing market and customer needs for information products and services
• 5+ years of experience managing all aspects of the product lifecycle
• Experience promoting new concepts and gaining stakeholder support
