Product Manager II

Job Summary

Responsible for managing product intake and roadmap development, the remote Product Manager II will collaborate with business sponsors and Agile teams to ensure effective prioritization and delivery of product features, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business sponsors on product decisions and maintain a prioritized backlog of features and stories
• Coordinate with Agile development teams on sprint definition and release of minimum viable products (MVPs)
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to develop optimal solution options and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• At least 1 year of product management or related experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders
• Experience with Agile software delivery practices and SDLC methodologies
• Demonstrated success in defining and building customer-centric products
