Product Manager II

Job Summary

Joining a collaborative team, the remote Product Manager II will manage product intake, prioritize roadmaps, and align product strategy with business goals while ensuring successful delivery of products and platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business sponsors on product decisions and maintain a prioritized backlog of features and stories
• Coordinate with Agile development teams on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and MVP releases
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to develop optimal solution options and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• At least 1 year of product management or related experience; knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery practices and various SDLC methodologies
• Demonstrated success in defining and building customer-centric products
