Job Summary
Driving product strategy and development, the full-time salaried Product Manager II will oversee all stages of the product life cycle, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and technology delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Shepherd desired business outcomes from concept through technology delivery by shaping business and technical requirements
- Drive portfolio strategy and implement technology solutions across Operations, Growth, and Technology stakeholders
- Develop and communicate product priorities while maintaining operational metrics and financial business cases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for education
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the health care industry
- Knowledge of Agile software development frameworks and architecture concepts
- Experience in IT product management; people management experience is preferred
- Master's degree or accreditation in Scaled Agile is a plus
