Product Manager II, DeFi Lending

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager II, Defi Lend.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product area for DeFi Lend, from vision and strategy through execution and ongoing iteration
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to create non-custodial flows for users, simplifying complex processes
• Drive integrated launch plans and ensure operational excellence post-launch through robust observability and incident management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with impactful consumer or prosumer financial products
• Experience with complex financial, lending, or yield-bearing products in TradFi or DeFi
• Strong understanding of technical systems and onchain concepts
• Ability to define and drive multi-quarter product strategy with measurable results
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets
