Product Manager II - Digital Fraud

Job Summary

To support the digital ecosystem, the full-time remote Product Manager II - Digital Fraud will manage the product roadmap, lead fraud prevention initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer trust and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a Digital Fraud product roadmap aligned with business outcomes and fraud-risk reduction
• Lead the discovery and implementation of fraud capabilities, including pre-authorization checks and chargeback automation
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into product outcomes and manage performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in product management, or 7+ years without a related degree
• Intermediate understanding of digital commerce, payments, and fraud prevention
• Familiarity with tools such as Aha!, Jira, and analytics platforms
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing product delivery processes
