Job Summary

Leading the analytics and insights product strategy, the full-time remote Product Manager II - eCommerce Analytics will manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementation, drive data-driven decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize ecommerce performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for ecommerce analytics, defining clear outcomes and KPIs
  • Lead the implementation and evolution of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, enabling cross-channel analysis
  • Translate business questions into actionable analytics requirements, ensuring data quality and governance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or digital analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics and customer journeys
  • Comfortable working with SQL-based datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams
