Job Summary
Leading the analytics and insights product strategy, the full-time remote Product Manager II - eCommerce Analytics will manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementation, drive data-driven decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize ecommerce performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for ecommerce analytics, defining clear outcomes and KPIs
- Lead the implementation and evolution of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, enabling cross-channel analysis
- Translate business questions into actionable analytics requirements, ensuring data quality and governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in product management or digital analytics
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics and customer journeys
- Comfortable working with SQL-based datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams
