Job Summary
Focused on evolving financial data taxonomy, the remote Product Manager II - Financial Data will manage data generation rules, serve as a subject matter expert, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and relevant financial data presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop AlphaSense's financial data taxonomy, ensuring compatibility and future-proofing
- Define data generation rules based on financial data consumption patterns for capital markets participants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial data standards and maintain documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a highly analytical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- 5+ years of experience with data structures or governance, including at least 2 years in product management
- Strong interest in financial data and understanding of capital markets
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to create structured frameworks for data challenges
- Proficiency in data management tools such as SQL and Python
