Product Manager III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager III to lead chatbot initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for chatbot enhancements, from ideation to delivery
• Write and refine product stories, including conversational flows and chatbot feature updates
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business needs with technical feasibility

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Product Manager or Business Analyst role
• Proven experience writing product stories (conversational stories, chatbot enhancements)
• 1+ years of exposure to AI/Chatbot technologies
• Strong understanding of product vision execution and backlog management
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow or similar conversational AI platforms is a plus
