Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager III for Gainsight.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize platform configuration and drive product adoption
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and lead the implementation process of Gainsight
Understand customer needs, inspire the team, and deliver best-in-class experiences and capabilities

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS products
Proven experience with Gainsight and Salesforce or similar Customer Success platforms
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in implementing and managing enterprise software solutions
Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies
