Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution across a large, complex portfolio of Health & Benefits products, ensuring delivery against key development priorities
• Own and manage product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, focusing on measurable outcomes
• Modernize existing products and contribute to building scalable, platform-driven solutions that enhance customer and developer experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within Health & Benefits, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to deliver complex products with a strong focus on execution and outcomes
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Strong technical fluency, with experience in API-driven architectures
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
