Product Manager III - LIMS
Job Summary
Owning the product roadmap and backlog, the full-time remote Product Manager III - LIMS will manage the development of software solutions critical to lab operations and genetic testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into executable product strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop the strategy and roadmap for development teams while prioritizing the feature backlog
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather inputs and gain buy-in for deliverables
- Transform business and clinical requirements into detailed product specifications and success metrics
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in healthcare IT or biotech
- Experience with Agile software development and collaboration with engineering and QA teams
- Proficiency in building scalable enterprise software or critical business systems
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for developing proof-of-concept prototypes
- BA/BS degree in a relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline
