Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Product Manager, Inspection Software, the full-time remote position will drive execution across various inspection software brands, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and high-quality features while mentoring Associate Product Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Own execution of the product roadmap for inspection software brands, translating strategic priorities into clear requirements
- Participate in technical discussions with engineering, evaluating approaches and making informed architectural decisions
- Drive strong UX outcomes by setting high usability and design quality standards for the team's work
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of Product Management experience with direct work alongside engineering teams on technical products
- Strong technical background to engage with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs
- Proven track record as a UX leader who has significantly influenced product usability and design quality
- Experience managing or mentoring junior PMs/APMs or leading cross-functional teams
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and feedback tools like Pendo or Canny
