Job Summary

• Diagnose customer drop-off points in the quoting journey and implement solutions to improve success rates

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
• Strong understanding of how backend technical performance impacts consumer behavior
• Ability to analyze data and track key performance indicators such as Quote Success Rates and Conversion
• Experience bridging communication between engineering, insurance specialists, and external partners
• Passion for leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences
