Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Internal Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the product roadmap for software experiences tied to hardware
• Translate operational needs into scalable tools and workflows that improve productivity and streamline processes
• Define and track KPIs for internal tools and lead prioritization and sprint planning across multiple product surfaces

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or internal systems/platform product roles
• Experience building internal-facing tools or platform capabilities within a SaaS or operationally complex company
• Strong track record of successfully launching software that interacts with physical devices
• Deep understanding of the software lifecycle as it relates to hardware
