Product Manager Internal Tools

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager for Internal Tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver internal tools and platform features from requirements to launch
• Write user stories and product requirements for operations and AI workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and translate needs into product solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C digital product organization
• Experience owning end-to-end product features, including back-office workflows
• Preferred experience building products for internal or operational users
• Familiarity with Salesforce-based tools or CRM/CMS platforms preferred
• Exposure to AI, automation, or chatbot-related product initiatives preferred
